Season is the Keyword in coffee and with the effects of climate change has been harder to predict when and how its going to happen, still if you plan to visit us keep in consideration the following months:

Time, amount, method and measurements are key to make differences even in the same beans we can find different flavors depending on what we do.

Our experience wont be complete without a proper coffee tasting and cupping so at the end we all get the chance to brew and drink different kinds of beans.
