Brewing workshop

Duration: 2,5 a 3 hours

Includes:

-History of coffee in the world

-Philosophy of agriculture

-Coffee gardens tour

-Tasting session

-Coffee alchemy

-Preparation of coffee-based infusions

Coffee ceremony

Duration: 1 a 1,5 hours

Includes:

-Welcome drink (mocktail or cocktail)

-Tasting of different coffees, cocktails, infusions and homemade desserts.

-Open space for a sensory connection with the present and coffee.

Coffee in a nutshell

Duration: 45 minutes

Includes:

-Preparation of one* method of your choice (per person)

- Traditional dessert

Coffee flowers blooming soon after the harvest in April, seasonality is very important in agriculture depending on the dates of your visit you can see different parts of the process.

 

Long tailed manakins doing a courtship call are also a common sight nearby pur plantation during April, our small family operation main concern is to be able to not only coexist but to benefit nature with reforestation proyects and also by protecting the land for future generations.

 

Trying Coffee in diffent shaped galsses can be an interesting twist to the brewing routine.
