Jump in a traditional and culinary experience

One fo the best ways of learning about a country and its culture is defenetly by learning hands on about its flavors, spices and traditions.

We have diferent menus or options depending if you want to learn how to prepare a full meal or just a dessert.

Lunch

LUNCH CLASS

This class has duration of 3 hours and several different dishes are prepared:

Entrees:

Option 1: rice with chicken that we produced by ourselves, seasoned mashed beans, Tortillas and salad.

Option 2: Traditional Casado: Consist in rice, beans, picadillo, fried plantains, tortilla and chicken.

Drink: natural fresh fruit that we produce in our farm( starfruit, passion fruit, lemonade)

Dessert: prestiños or Empanadas de Chiverre

Includes: Kitchen equipment, ingredients and instructor

Schedule: 11:30AM


Snacks

This class lasts about 2 hours, a snack and a drink to choose within prepare the following options:

Snacks:

Option 1: Prestiños, is a dessert, is a fried dough with a sugar cane syrup on the top.

Option 2: Chorreadas, is similar to a corn pancake,topped with sour cream.

Option 3: Spaghetti squash turnovers.

Beverages: Coffee, Horchata or agua dulce.

Includes: Kitchen equipment, ingredients and instructor
